Every coaching content will be different and customized.
Here’s how it works: we will have four to six one-hour sessions over 4 to 6 months, meeting every month.

Determine where you are and where you want to be
We will assess where you are in your leadership journey. We will review together the context, challenges and opportunities for you to grow in your leadership journey.
Step 2
Delivering greater leadership impact
We will work through the areas you want to pursue over three sessions to overcome the barriers to better leadership and management. I will partner with you to guide you to take ownership and how to be a more effective leader and manager.
Step 3
Consolidate the learnings
We will work together to consolidate your learnings and actions. We will decide on the next steps in our coaching journey together.
